The Birth of Our Story

Following his military service in the Navy, Carl became part of a heating and air conditioning company in Hot Springs, AR. In 1986, Carl and Mary made Plainview, AR their new home and founded Yates Heating & Air, a thriving business in Yell County for the subsequent 26 years. Renowned for their emphasis on providing friendly service, customer satisfaction has always been a top priority for Carl and Mary, with Carl emphasizing, "We don’t leave until the customer is satisfied."

This customer-centric philosophy led to the expansion of the business with the establishment of a second location in Russellville, AR, showcasing their commitment to enhancing customer service. In 2010, they moved to a location near Main Street, and by 2012, they acquired the property that currently houses their main office, situated at the intersection of South Elmira and 16th Street.
